We are a Private Gym who serves a diverse community of athletes and members from all ages, backgrounds and skill levels. Commonly we have members coming from all over Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas.
As a personal training gym, we offer experienced and profession private personal training, sport specific coaching, group classes, 24/7 access monthly gym memberships and good vibes.
Our 11,000 square foot facility has specialized Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding & Athletic Training Equipment, cardio equipment and full locker rooms with showers.
