At the same time, state-level peers including the Florida Center for Reading Research (FCRR) and the Iowa Reading Research Center (IRRC) show how non-commercial, publicly funded organizations can succeed digitally by publishing research clearinghouse pages, glossaries, and downloadable toolkits. While KYRRC has a trusted foundation and a clear mission to serve Kentucky, its current online presence is limited.
