Prestige Custom Building & Construction, Inc.
Prestige Custom Building & Construction, Inc. is a luxury custom home builder in Albertson, New York, serving Long Island's North Shore and Gold Coast. Founder Lior Golan has worked on Long Island for 30+ years, with 100+ homes built and renovated, and the company takes on only 5-6 projects a year. Design and construction run as one process: architecture by its licensed architect partners and construction by Prestige. Before construction begins, clients walk through their home in photorealistic 3D and the budget is set. Projects include custom homes, whole-home renovations, dormers and second-story additions. Best of Houzz Design award, six consecutive years (2021-2026).
