Our team of professional counselors has over 30 years of diverse experience. We support clients in various areas, including: - Anxiety - Anger management - Co-dependency - Family conflicts - Depression - Grief and loss - Life coaching - Marital issues - Motivational concerns - Adjusting to life changes - Self-esteem We strive to make counseling accessible to everyone, offering 30-minute sessions for $40 CAD and 60-minute sessions for $60 CAD. Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by phone, and are conducted virtually via video call or telephone during regular business hours and evenings.
