At Awaken Church, our christian church in Jacksonville, FL believes that being part of a community should extend beyond Sunday morning services. That’s why we work to empower our members to create meaningful connections and make an impact in their local communities. Our “Neighborhood Initiatives” program helps home groups reach out to their local Jacksonville community through a variety of initiatives, including homeless outreach, neighborhood block parties, trash clean up, serving at soup kitchens, and many more. By coming together and serving others, we strengthen our community and deepen our relationship with God. At AwakenChurch, we believe that we're called to impact our region and beyond. That's why we're involved in a variety of regional outreach initiatives, including trips and missions anywhere in the United States.
