Lilleth F. Bailey brings a rare depth of insight to every probate, guardianship, and estate planning matter she handles—shaped by her experience on both sides of the bench. Before joining the firm, Lilleth served as a Senior Judicial Staff Attorney for Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit, where she advised probate judges, researched complex guardianship issues, and drafted rulings in contested estate and trust matters.
Now an associate attorney at Boca Raton Probate Attorneys, Lilleth draws on that judicial experience to help families navigate life’s most difficult transitions with grace, clarity, and precision. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration, with a strong commitment to empowering clients through every phase of the process.
Lilleth is a past Fellow of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and previously served as Co–Vice Chair of the Section’s Law School Programming Committee. She is also a member of Class VI of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), which she completed in 2024.
Outside of her legal practice, Lilleth enjoys nature walks, musical theater, and spending time with her close-knit community of family, friends, and fellow church members. She is also a devoted cat mom to her feline sidekick, Misty.
