Tuk Took Bites
Tuk Took Bites started as a small Indian food truck in Colorado, inspired by travels across India and a love for three-wheeled tuk-tuks.
We wanted to share the warmth and variety of Indian street food in a way that felt approachable, fun and familiar. Over time, we realized cafés, breweries and other kitchens were looking for the same thing – bold flavors, simple prep and good margins.
Today, we still run our food truck while also supplying frozen snacks and components to businesses that want to add Indian options without adding complexity.
