In early 1989, the State of Georgia determined all appraisers must be licensed with the State of Georgia, and have continuing education every year. Ben complied being the 24th appraiser in the State to be licensed as a General Certified Appraiser number GC000024. This certification enables Ben to appraise all types of real estate from small building lots to large farm land, plus, residential and all types of commercial land and improvements thereof. Continuing education programs, approved by the Georgia Real Estate Appraisal Board / Real Estate Commission, keeps Ben up to date with the constantly changing Appraisal and Real Estate regulations.
