Customer has 48hrs to take the bird(s) to an avian veterinarian upon their choice. If an avian veterinarian states that the bird is not healthy for sale, paperwork must be provided to Pharrell Parrots World within 24 hours of exam for exchange or full refund of the bird(s) decision is up to Pharrell Parrots World.
