How do I post something?
The first step in posting your beloved widget or gadget is to select your city, neighborhood or borough. If you haven't already done so, from the homepage - enter your neighborhood, borough or city and click Search Classifieds. This will take you to the categories page for your city. At this point you can either click Post a new Classified Ad, or you can select categories like transportation and then it's respective sub category like bicycles. If you have already selected your location, you will see the Post a new Classified Ad link from all public search pages including the category picker.
I've sold what I posted, now how do I remove it?
How do I read my messages?
What if I have problems receiving messages?
You'll receive messages to your posts in two ways. Well, that depends on if you have a profile or not. If you have an N2Local profile, you should recieve an email as well as a new message thread in your item post. If you don't have an N2Local profile you'll just receive an email. If you aren't receiving our emails you'll need to check your spam filters for messages from "@n2local.com". If these email messages are going to spam, please configure your email service to allow messages from "@n2local.com" by setting them as "Not Spam". If you do have a profile, you can also go to your mysite page, find your post and view all message threads associated with that post.
What if I have problems sending messages?
If you click "Send Message" and nothing happens you are probably having problems with your XML parser engine built into Microsoft Windows. If you are running Windows and using (IE) Internet Explorer, you might try downloading the latest (MSXML) parser for use with our AJAX scripted message center. Click here to go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/xml - from there, you'll need to download and install the latest (MSXML) parser utility.
